Mindy Maraj has been proudly serving the community since 2002. Mindy is a first generation firefighter and previously served with the Revloc and Southmont fire departments since 1997. She is currently a Forest Fire Warden in District 6 Gallitzin.

Mindy is a member of the Cambria County Volunteer Firemen's Association and the Central District Firemen's Association.

Over the years, Mindy has served on the parade committee and various fund raising committees.

Mindy is a certified EMT with 8 years of experience and a certified 9-1-1 telecommunicator.
Mindy has received extensive training in the following areas, fire suppression, fire rescue, basic wildland firefighting, rope and high angel rescue, vehicle rescue, hazmat, landing zones, Pumps I and II, arson investigation, scene preservation, foam firefighting, NIMS, emergency vehicle operations, fire cause and determination, first aid and CPR.

In her spare time, Mindy can be found riding one of her motorcycles or hunting.

Mindy is supported in her efforts at home by her son, Douglas.
