Lisa Nagy has been serving the community since joining the fire department in January of 2005. Lisa is a second generation firefighter. Lisa joined the Nicktown Fire Department in 1992 as a member of the ladies auxiliary and still serves there also. Lisa is followed by third generation firefighter , niece Laurin Kirsch, also a member at our department.

Lisa has served on the following committees since joining: Decoration and Fund raising

Lisa is certified in Hazmat Operations and is a certified 9-1-1 Telecommunicator

Over the years, Lisa has received training in fire suppression, fire rescue, vehicle rescue, hazmat, landing zones, emergency vehicle operations, water movement, first aid and CPR.

Lisa was also the Nicktown Fire Queen and Cambria County Fire Queen in 1992. That same year, she was runner up in the queen's contest at the Central District Firemen's Association. In 1995, she was honored as, Miss Windber Speedway.

Lisa is supported in her efforts at home, by future members daughter Mackenzie and son Aidan.
