Dennis Chappell has been proudly serving the Ebensburg community since 1986.

Dennis has the following training: Essentials Module I, Advanced Firefighting, Vehicle Rescue, Engine Company Operations, Aerial Operations, Hazardous Materials Operations, Landing Zone Operations, Crime Scene Preservation, Arson Investigation, NIMS, S.C.B.A, and E.V.O.C.

Dennis has extensive knowledge in building construction, and heavy equipment operations. Dennis is the maintenance supervisor for L.R. Kimball Architect and Engineering Firm.

In his spare time, he can be found camping, boating, fishing, riding his motorcycle.

He served on the following committees: House Committee, and Compressor Committee. Dennis held the office of Truck Captain for five years.
