Charlie Moyer has been proudly serving the Ebensburg community since 1963. 

During his career, he has held various offices including Ladder Captain (5 years), and Engine Captain (4 years).  He served as the chairman of the committee for the purchase of Snorkel 22-3, as well as various other truck committees.  He currently is active with the banquet committee, as well as the election committee. 

Charlie is a long standing member of the Cambria County, Central District, Western District, and State Fireman Associations. 

During his career, he has atteneded various training at the Cambria County Fire School, Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, and Penn State University.  His classes include Structural Burn, Truck Company Operations, Snorkel Operations, Engine Company Operations, Hazardous Materials Emergencies, NIMS 100 & 700 levels, SCBA, Rescue, and various officer classes. 

Charlie has been the mayor of Ebensburg for many years and brings vast knowledge of the borough infrastructure. 

He is supported at home by his wife Rose.
